We’d like you to JOIN US!

The global community is currently facing its biggest crisis yet. Challenges of
unprecedented magnitude point to the need for radical and permanent
changes in how we live and do business. A consensus appears to emerge
that the time for collaborative and distributed leadership steeped in deep
humanity—a new quality of ethical groundedness, moral intentionality and
full awareness of others and our environment—is now. And: pathways into
this ‘Next Normal’ are obscure.

As an HR L&D professional in these powerful times, you are likely to be
mandated to ensure that your community of learners develop the
capabilities to navigate this uncertainty successfully and continue to be
productive and effective today and into the future. You are not alone in this
endeavor.

The SyNet Online HR L&D Professionals Forum, offered on May 26, at
6:30 P.M. (EDT) and May 27, at 9:00 A.M. (EDT), brings together experts
from the field (i.e., clients, colleagues from APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAS based industry-leading organizations) to explore promising and thought provoking perspectives to chart largely unknown territory and exchange proven practices ‘to redesign the plane while keeping it in the air’.

In our engaging and highly interactive forum meetings, we create a comfortable environment for you and
peers to:
• Hear and learn from others in the industry on how to spot trends that matter, scope concerns and
buffer sudden shocks during this experience of ‘interrupted society’ and its effects on people at work.
• Deep-dive into new, promising and even ‘left-of-field’ vantage points and practices of how to lead effectively into what is not yet known.
• Identify critical new resources and support for your organizational mandate to get ready for ‘Next Normal.’
• Extend your professional peer network and thought diversity—this is an excellent opportunity to cross-fertilize and understand how professionals outside of your organization perceive of and operate under immediate demands.

The SyNet Online HR L&D Professionals Forum will be hosted by the Global SyNet Leadership Team of Alex Grimshaw and Kelly Fairbairn (Americas), Delf Ornelas (APAC) and Carsten Tripler and Richard Berry (EMEA). Alex Grimshaw and Delf Ornelas will be the lead facilitators. The SyNet team has a combined 140+ years of experience in partnering with HR L&D professionals through challenging times.
